This is the meal for a sheet pan that will end all meals made with a sheet pan! It’s similar in style to other meals I’ve cooked before; it’s much more delicious. It is the most straightforward recipe to make the most simple without losing flavor. The Sheet Pan Kielbasa, Potatoes, and Green Beans recipe is filling, delicious, flavorful, and as simple as it gets with just SIX easy ingredients and very little hands-on time. I’m unsure what more you could ask for in an easy dinner recipe!
WHAT IS STEAK SEASONING?
Steak seasoning is my preferred short recipe. It’s a spice blend that is bottled, often referred to as Montreal Steak Seasoning, and can be at any major supermarket across the U.S. It’s a hefty mixture of salt and garlic, pepper, and red pepper. It also includes, often, other spices. I like steak seasoning because the coarse grind of spices gives the dish the texture and these unique pops of flavor with every bite. Don’t skip it!
CAN I USE DIFFERENT POTATOES?
Yes! The recipe is very adaptable. I used small red potatoes, but you can use larger red potatoes or russet potatoes if that’s the type of potato you have. Be sure to chop the potato into 1-inch pieces to roast consistently alongside the other ingredients.
INGREDIENTS
24 oz. tiny potato red ($2.99)
12 oz. kielbasa ($4.69)
One onion yellow ($0.32)
12 oz. frozen green beans ($1.00)
2 tablespoons olive oil($0.32)
1/2 Tbsp seasoning for steak ($0.15)
INSTRUCTIONS
The oven should be heated to about 400oF. Wash and cut the potatoes into pieces of 1 inch. Cut your kielbasa into small medallions. Slice the onion into pieces of 1 inch.
Add the onions, potatoes, kielbasa, and frozen green beans (no need to freeze) to the baking sheet. Sprinkle with olive oil and sprinkle steak seasoning on the top. Utilize your hands to stir the ingredients until they are coated with oil and spices.
Place the baking pan in the oven. Roast at 200 degrees for about 20 mins. Then, give the ingredients in the pan a thorough stir. The roasting process continues for another 15 minutes to ensure the components attain the desired browning. Serve hot.
